"The Silver Monk" explores one of the themes that has most captivated my attention: the union of art and spirituality, two concepts that intertwine art as ritual and meditative practice. This 21-year-old monk, with a diploma in art, dedicates part of his day to working silver in the traditional Thai style. Seated in the lotus position, he hammers the metal for hours to shape sacred representations for the temple. These images serve as an analogy between spirituality and the creative act, understood as a practice that elevates the spirit and connects us with the most essential part of our being.
