Masai Africa

This series captures the striking animal diversity that inhabits one of Africa’s most important nature reserves, the Maasai Mara in Kenya. Through these images, I made my first foray into documentary photography, which allowed me to explore aesthetics that, unknowingly, I would continue to use throughout my work, such as visual rhythm, tight framing, and a constant search for symmetry. I aim for viewers to immerse themselves in the African savannah through these images, experiencing a contemplative perspective on the majesty of its wildlife.
